Our jewellery is created specifically after an order is placed. Because of this, production begins specifically for the customer and certain products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund except as expressly provided under our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Lab-Grown Diamonds

IJH primarily offers jewellery featuring CVD lab-grown diamonds.

Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds produced through laboratory technology and possess the relevant physical, chemical, and optical characteristics of diamonds.

Where applicable, diamond certificates will be provided as stated on the relevant product page or order documentation. Where a product includes a certified diamond, the certificate details and/or laser inscription, where applicable, may be used to verify the diamond against the relevant grading report.

6. Made-to-Order Jewellery

All IJH jewellery is made to order unless specifically stated otherwise.

Once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced:

• The order may not be cancelled due to change of mind or personal preference.
• Customised or personalised products cannot ordinarily be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
• Changes to size, metal, diamond specifications, engraving, or other custom requirements may not be possible once production has started.
• Any request to modify an order before production begins will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes where production has not yet commenced, but acceptance of such requests is not guaranteed.

Our standard made-to-order processing and delivery timeline is generally 11–15 business days from order confirmation, although timelines may vary due to customised designs, peak periods, holidays, production requirements, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, local charges, or other destination-country fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

12. Delivery Issues

Customers should inspect their package promptly upon delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to have a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact IJH within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photographs and/or an unboxing video showing the issue.

Any claim will be reviewed by IJH before a resolution is determined.
